HALL-elujah Project
The HALL-elujah project is an initiative to raise funds to carry out some much needed improvements to our church hall accommodation. It has been necessitated by the introduction of the Disability Discrimination Act and our own modern operational needs.
The work involved has seen the completion of the work in the sanctuary which included the replacement of pews with more comfortable chairs, redecoration of the entire sanctuary with a warmer colour scheme, new carpets to match the new colour scheme, new heating throughout the premises and the provision of a well designed sound insulating construction between the sanctuary and the hall.
The next phase of works
will include the provision of appropriate sanitary facilities for the
disabled and the provision
of updated kitchen facilities to meet current environmental health
legislation. To everyone who has held their various events or are currently organising for future fundraising events - God Bless and thank you.
