HALL-elujah Project
The HALL-elujah project is an initiative to raise funds to carry out some much needed improvements to our church hall accommodation. It has been necessitated by the introduction of the Disability Discrimination Act and our own modern operational needs.
The work so far has seen the completion of work in the sanctuary which included the replacement of pews with more comfortable chairs, redecoration of the entire sanctuary with a warmer colour scheme, new carpets to match the new colour scheme, new heating throughout the premises and the provision of a well designed sound insulating construction between the sanctuary and the hallThe second phase has seen the provision of appropriate sanitary facilities for the disabled and the provision of updated kitchen facilities to meet current environmental health legislation.
The third and final phase is very near
completion and this is to redecorate the existing hall to the same high
standard as the new extension and to convert the stage area into a very
pleasant meeting room. To everyone who has held their various events or are currently organising for future fundraising events - God Bless and thank you.
